Can you imagine waking up in the morning, walking out your front door with your first cup of coffee, and looking out at…
A torquise ocean that goes on forever. While breathing in fresh, clean unpolluted air, that warmly brushes against your skin in a gentle, comforting breeze – like the kiss of an angel.
This is Sam D. Mann and I’m from the era when I was “mashing down the dance floor” to tunes like: “War”, “Like a sex machine”, “Soul man”, “In the midnigt hour”, and artists like Manu Dibango, James Brown, Bob Marley, Burning Spear, etc.. And my favourite Internet radio station is MegaJams ===>>> http://www.megajamz.com/
So, now that you know my age, you may still want to know a little more about me… I live in St. Vincent and The Grenadines in a house that’s perched on a rocky cliff 650 feet directly overlooking the Caribbean sea.
Whether in rain or sunshine, the view is just breath-taking and I give thanks for the privelege of enjoying such natural beauty every day.
My youthful days were spent in the British Army (Royal Corps of Signals) and having lived for quite a bit of time being posted in Germany, my second language is German.
I cherish my army days because I learned comradeship, discipline, the value of true friendship…. and how to fight on doggedly towards achieving my goals.
Now-a-days, I spend time on my computer having fun making money “here and there”, doing “this and that” and helping other people in their quest to making money online. The latter is what gives me the greatest satisfaction in my life.
How else do I spend my day? Well, most days I’m up some time between 4 and 5 am have a quick shower then do some meditation and visualization. After that, I go for a military style “run and walk” that lasts about an hour or so.
When I get back home, it’s time for an hour of physical exercise on my verrandah followed by a long soothing cool shower. Then it’s breakfast which is (nearly always) a fresh fish broth with green bananas, plenty of onions, garlic and chives.
During the day I walk about the house in just my shorts and if the weather is sunny (which is nearly always!) I take a hike to the nearby beach for a swim – (Oh no. I just can’t dive off my verandah for a 650ft plunge into the sea below!!), and enjoy whatever fun thing – other than swimming – that might be going on down there. Sometimes I may have a couple of rum and cokes then head back home.
I take 3 or 4 holidays a year. Always on the spur-of-the-moment – never planned. I usually head off to Europe where I spend time with my friends in England, Germany, Spain, Denmark and Cyprus – just as I feel like. When I’m not off to Europe, I spend some time in the Grenadines soaking up sea salt and fresh air.
Life’s great and I live it to the max. You can say I’m just a happy-go-lucky guy – What else is there to do?
You can read my blog any time to pick up Tips, Ideas, FREEBIES and General Information on the subject of making money online. I regularly post an article at least once a day.

Just a quick note to tell you about today 1st August 2009…
I got up early this morning and as soon as I looked out on the beautiful Caribbean sea I realized that today was going to be one of those textbook beautiful days. The sun is shining. The breeze is blowing softly and the temperature is just right — the perfect day.
Even with all the challenges I have to face (I write lots of articles and have lots of blogs and business websites that I have to update regularly), I looked up at the sky and a smile creased my face as I saw the clouds chasing one another across an almost “picture-perfect” blue background! And I felt happy. Very, very happy. And guess what? It didn’t cost me a single penny to feel this great sense of happiness.
But every day is not like what I just described. I know that all the days to come will not be as beautiful as this day is.
When I think about yesterday, I remembered it was dreary and the sky was filled with dark ominous clouds and the air was often pierced with huge jagged streaks of lightning and the sound of thunder that rattled the windows (and my bones!!).
Yes, I know that all the days that follow today will not be as bright as this one, nor as dark and foreboding as yesterday. Some days will be better than others. Some will be worse. And I do not know which ones will or won’t.
But this one thing I know: There will be change. There will be ups and there will be downs because that’s how life is. There are good times and not so good times. The good times never last forever. And every now and then, there will be rough times. But we just have to remember that even the worst times won’t last forever either.
So what did I learn today? We should enjoy the good times and make the most of them. We should accept and tolerate the rough times knowing that they won’t last forever.

What is love?
From a “UNIVERSAL” perspective, you may understand “love” as the balance of all… true peace of mind. What does this really mean in ‘real life’ terms? Think and meditate on the following:
1. Acceptance of yourself for who you really are
2. Acceptance of others for who they really are
3. Freedom to express uniqueness – WITHOUT seeking to impose anything on anyone else
The main reason why we have wars, strife and poverty lies in most people’s inability to wholeheartedly take onboard the 3 points listed above.

Hi,
How’s life treating you today?
I wanted to start this little note by writing the following words: “I just want to tell you that you are special!”. But that would be BS won’t it? Well I don’t know you at all, so how could I say such a thing? However, please stay with me a while. You see, YOU are the one and only one that knows deep down in your heart, HOW SPECIAL YOU ARE…
With that in mind, here’s what I want you to do… Every time you see your face reflected in a mirror, look deep into your eyes and smile while saying to your image… “You are one heck-of-a Special Person”. Say those words with feelings and experience the wonderful emotion that wells up inside you. Do it and have a great day – every day for the rest of your life!!
And here we are on this Monday morning 21st September 2009, I am wishing you a wonderful day for every day of this week. My hope is for you to be successful and to that end I urge you to set some goals for this week and try your best to work and achieve them.
Whether it be your first sale…
Your first $50 day or whatever you are most comfortable with.
The aim is to make each week better than the one before!
Have a great and wonderful week.
Sam D. Mann
P.S. It’s a really wonderful day here in St. Vincent and The Grenadines so I thought I’d take a photo or two (with my camera phone) of the fantastic ocean view that I’m blessed with every morning. Have a look and tell me what you think!!

Hey Sam,
Firstly, let me say what a breath of fresh air your article is.
Please note, every morning I affirm in the mirror “you are a winner, I believe in you”.
Looking forward to spending some quality time with you on those beautiful islands very soon!
All the best.

Hello Sam D. Mann,
I agree wholly about goal setting, it’s something to encourage everyone to do because as human beings we’re very indecisive without those goals! The mental picture you portray sounds like bliss and I can appreciate why you would want to live and work from this very delectable part of the planet.
I have done business on the Internet for some time now, however the success had not always come in the order that I seeked – but you learn very quickly never to give in; as this is where the goal setting attitude kicks-in. Limited success is not failure and your Bloggers should appreciate and accept this, it is part of the whole process of learning your chosen field and gaining that required experience to go further and flourish brilliantly with that knowledge!
What more could anyone want…a beautiful Caribbean Island, a darling of a girlfriend, great people to communicate with and doing business just the way one likes it?!
Keep on trucking everyone – as the road has its twists and turns, but there are rich watering holes to be garnered along the super highway!
Ciao…
Bruce…UK
