You see, Google started back in 1998 and came to rise in the early 2000s – AFTER the dot.com bust. That was a time where internet companies struggled and moral was low, VERY low because those people’s stocks crashed from millions to pennies overnight. Some even freaked out and did the unthinkable!!

But these two college geeks just happened to stick with their search engine and knew there was a light at the end of the tunnel. What was their secret? What got them through those tough times back then?

I believe it’s because they dared to think differently than the crowd. They saw light when others saw darkness. THEY DIDN’T LISTEN to the maddening crowd.

Which brings me to a serious point.

Sam Walton – the guy who made Walmart – practically the biggest company on earth by now. Did you know that he started his business way back in the Great Depression?

That’s right. This stalwart struggled through the worst times ever because he dared to think differently. He DARED not to listen to the naysayers.

So believe me when I say “The only person’s opinion of the world that matters is your OWN”.
